Heather Hanks, PMP

Heather Hanks, PMP, has been in the IT industry since 2004. Heather began their career at PEC Solutions as a Business Analyst. In the same year, they joined Nortel Government Solutions as a Business Analyst. In 2007, Heather joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate and later became the Lead Associate / Senior Lead Technologist. In 2018, they joined OPTiMO Information Technology as a Practice Manager, Analytics and Business Analyst / PM.

Heather Hanks, PMP, has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from James Madison University, which they earned in 2004 with a dual major in Computer Information Systems and Operations Management. In 2011 and 2012, Heather earned a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. In addition, Heather has obtained a Certified Knowledge Manager from the Knowledge Management Institute in 2017, a PMP from the Project Management Institute in September 2017, and an ITIL v3 Foundations from Learning Tree International.
