Adi Rozin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager at Optimove since March 2022, Adi previously held key roles including Head of Global Operations at Willa City, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations, leading a global team, and supporting product and marketing initiatives.
