Arye Shustimov

Arye Shustimov is an R&D Team Leader at Optimove since May 2019, with a strong background in software engineering. At Optimove, Arye mentored junior developers and QA, enhancing team productivity, while managing remote team members through effective communication. Previous experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer included deploying a micro-services solution utilizing GCP technologies. Arye also held a similar role at CodeValue, where management of multiple projects led to increased customer satisfaction. Earlier positions included full stack development at Intergraph, software development at Iscar and Verint, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Braude Academic College.
