Inna Ohana

Inna Ohana is an experienced R&D Group Manager at Optimove since January 2018, focusing on the core product development, big data, and event streaming. Inna leads team recruitment and management, both on-site and offshore, while ensuring technical processes align with long-term business and personal development goals. Previously, Inna served as an R&D Team Leader and Senior Software Development Engineer at Optimove, addressing large-scale campaign solutions. Prior experience includes Engineering Team Lead at CPattern, where Inna developed a retention management system using AI, and Full Stack Developer at Top Solutions. Inna began a professional career as a Software Engineer in the Quality and Security Division of Whitewater Group. Inna holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
