Rom Hirsh

Rom Hirsh is an experienced professional with a strong background in support and operations management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Support and Operations at Optimove since September 2020, Rom previously held the role of Customer Success and Tech Support Group Manager at Spot by NetApp from January 2017 to March 2020, focusing on enhancing DevOps agility through automation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Experitest, where Rom provided technical solutions and identified customer requirements, and as a Culinary Beer Educator for Carlsberg Group, offering training to restaurant staff.
