Tobias Klomps

Tobias Klomps is currently a C, C++ & Embedded Associate Consultant at Optimus Search. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Negotiator for Dexters Estate Agent Group from September 2018 to September 2021. In this role, Tobias was responsible for keeping up-to-date with potential vendors in the Richmond Borough and creating pitching opportunities for their director. Tobias also chased and understood prospective purchasers’ search requirements to generate viewings for the company's register of properties. Tobias met applicants on appointments for viewings at properties, whilst liaising and understanding their search. Tobias encouraged offers, which led to engaging in negotiations on behalf of the seller with the aim to achieve the best price possible in the most professional manner. Tobias successfully secured deals and instructed buyers with the company's recommended solicitors and financial advisors before sending out all paperwork to all parties involved. Tobias then progressed the sale through to exchange and completion by communicating with solicitors and passing information on to relevant parties.

Before their career in sales, Tobias Klomps was a German Teacher from April 2018 to September 2018.

Tobias Klomps completed their A Levels in German at Esher Sixth Form College. Tobias then went on to study for their IGCSE at the British School of Tenerife.
