Petra Heinonen

Petra Heinonen has extensive experience in HR and leadership roles. Petra is currently the Chief People Officer at Optinova Group, where they lead in transformation and encourages growth in people and the company. Prior to this, they were the HR Director at Optinova Ab. Petra also has experience as a Freelance Facilitator and Co-creator. In addition, Petra has held HR positions at Paf - Games Sport Casino, Booz & Company, and Korn Ferry. Petra began their career as a Recruitment Consultant and Psychologist before transitioning to roles as a Career Consultant and Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist.
