Michelle Macdonald has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Michelle began their career in 2000 as an Associate Professor at Armstrong Atlantic State University. In 2002, they worked as a GI Oncology Nurse Navigator at Memorial Health University Medical Center. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Vice President of Hospice at Hospice Savannah, Inc. Michelle then joined Baptist Health in 2005 and held various directorial positions in different departments, such as the Heart Hospital, maternal newborn and med-surg, and the Endoscopy, Pulmonary, and Sleep Center. In 2017, they joined CVS Health as a Senior Branch Manager and later transitioned to Coram CVS/Specialty Infusion Services in 2020 as a Senior Operations Manager for the Florida market. Their most recent role is as the Senior Manager of Operations at Option Care Health, starting in August 2022. Michelle has now progressed to the position of Regional Director of Operations at the same company.
Michelle Macdonald received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Armstrong State University from 1987 to 1991. Michelle then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Nursing Administration from 1999 to 2001. In 2002 to 2003, they obtained another MSN, specializing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Armstrong State University.
