Scott Tidwell

Scott Tidwell has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis roles in the healthcare industry. Scott started their career at Baxter International Inc. in 2006, where they held various roles, including Manager of US Medication Delivery Finance, Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Controller's Group, and Financial Analyst in the Financial Development Program. During this time, they partnered with marketing and sales teams to drive growth and managed financial planning and reporting processes.

In 2014, they joined Baxalta, a spinoff of Baxter's BioScience Division, where they served as a Senior Manager in Global Planning & Reporting. Scott played a key role in the successful integration of Baxalta following its acquisition by Shire.

In 2016, Tidwell joined Shire as the Director of Hematology Global Product Strategy Finance Lead, where they provided business performance reporting, financial analysis, and decision support for a $3.6 billion global business unit.

Since 2018, Tidwell has been working at Option Care Health, initially as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, then as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and currently as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Business Performance. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving revenue growth, capturing operational efficiencies, and accelerating cash collections. Scott has also managed teams and provided financial support to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
