Alan Blum

Alan is a Managing Partner based in the New York office and co-manages the IT/Quant practice. He works on some of the most senior and complex roles within the financial technology space, having placed numerous CIOs and other senior level-technologists within the US. Alan brings a unique perspective to executive search by leveraging his 15 years’ experience within Technology, Analytics & Structured Finance at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Brothers. This past experience, combined with his 12-plus years in search, affords him the ability to quickly understand the underlying challenges an organization faces and what types of leadership qualities and other skills will be keys to success.
