Paul DeGuzman

Paul DeGuzman has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Paul began their career at Perceptive Informatics, Inc. (PAREXEL) as an Imaging Assistant in 2006. Paul later progressed to become the Lead Imaging Research Associate from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined the City College of New York, Neural Engineering Laboratory as a Graduate Student Researcher and stayed until 2012. Afterwards, they worked at Neuromatters LLC as an Intern in 2011, and then returned in 2013 as a Senior Research Associate until 2014. Paul also held the role of Program Manager at Neuromatters LLC from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of R&D Operations at Optios as of 2019.

Paul DeGuzman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Paul then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at City University of New York - City College from 2009 to 2012.
