André Figueira

André Figueira has worked as a Software Engineer at Optiply since April 2018. In this role, they are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of existing and new micro services, as well as various features. André played a key role in breaking down a Monolith system into micro services and also served as the back-end lead engineer for product development.

Additionally, in July 2018, André participated in the Huawei Seeds for the Future Program as an intern at Huawei Technologies. This program included intensive language and culture training in Beijing and technical training in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at Huawei Headquarters in Shenzen.

André Figueira has a strong educational background in the field of informatics engineering. André began their academic journey at the University of Évora, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in informatics engineering from 2013 to 2016.
