Keshav Murthy

Keshav Murthy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Keshav is currently the CEO, CPO, and Co-Founder of OptIQ.AI since May 2022. Before this, they founded INIT Foundation in 2016, a non-profit organization focused on improving education and providing facilities for education in India. As the founder of INIT Foundation, Keshav provided educational accessories to over 300 rural kids, trained 1000+ engineering graduates on niche skills, and served 3000+ families during the COVID lockdown.

Keshav also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairywren from August 2021 to March 2022. Fairywren is a skincare and haircare consultation platform where customers can talk to certified estheticians and get personalized recommendations for their needs. Keshav was responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring customers had access to suitable products and holistic solutions.

In 2019, Keshav joined Observe.AI as the DevOps Lead, where they were the first employee. Keshav implemented ISO 27001, SOC-2, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA standards and built a highly scalable infrastructure capable of serving 25 million calls per week. Prior to this, they were the Cloud Architect at ColorTokens, Inc., where they automated the entire DevOps tech stack and implemented ISO and SOC-2 standards. Keshav also architected and managed highly scalable secured services with 50 million requests per day.

Keshav has a background in DevOps and worked as a DevOps Architect at VMware from 2017 to 2018 and at Intuit in 2016. In these roles, they focused on automating deployment processes, implementing ISO and SOC-2 standards, and optimizing cloud costs. Keshav also played a key role in Dockerization and one-click deployment for application development and deployment.

In their early career, Keshav worked as a DevOps Engineer at VMware from 2014 to 2016.

Keshav Murthy pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus on Computer Science at Visvesvaraya Technological University.
