Corp. where they managed corporate telecommunications, call centers, domestic and international voice and data communications connectivity, contract negotiations and project management. In 1997, they moved to Parente Technology/Blue Sky/Avaya Business Partner as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they developed systems designs and configurations, and implemented Avaya IP Telephony Systems and Adjuncts. In 2005, they joined Olympus America Inc. as a Sr. Telecommunications Specialist, providing corporate technical support for milti-location AVAYA telcommunication and contact/call center solutions and applications. In 2008, they moved to Avaya Inc. as a Call Center Consultant, specializing in the design, implementation, support, maintenance and management of Avaya contact/call center solutions. In 2009, they joined Frontier Communications as a Sr Sales Engineer, providing advanced and complex Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions and applications. Most recently, in 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Project Manager at Optivor Technologies, LLC, utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development of solutions and architecture to successfully manage complex projects to ensure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope.
