Aashish Lal

Aashish Lal is a Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving at Connect Communications (Pvt) Ltd since April 2022 and at Optixfiber since July 2020. Previously, Aashish held the position of Technical Support Engineer L1 at Storm Fiber from February 2021 to April 2022. Aashish specializes in providing support for FTTH and FTTX technologies, focusing on in-depth troubleshooting and backend analysis to enhance customer experiences through effective communication and problem resolution.
