Simonas Kicas

Simonas Kicas is a co-founder and CTO of OPTOMAN since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in optical engineering and technology management. Prior to this role, Simonas served as the Head of the Optical Coating Laboratory at the Center for Physical Science and Technology from April 2017 to September 2018 and held the position of CTO at Optida Co Ltd., Lithuania's largest optical coating company, from June 2014 to May 2017. Simonas has a strong academic background with a PhD in Materials Engineering, a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering, and two Bachelor's degrees in International Economics and Physics and Management of Modern Technologies, all obtained from Vilnius University.
