Brittany Rains

Brittany Rains has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brittany started their career as a Sales Support at Digital Vision CCTV, LLC in 2011. Brittany then worked as a Sales Associate at Pier 1 Imports in 2011 and Francesca's Collections in 2012. In the same year, they were a Retail & Front Desk Assistant at Kera Vie Salon.

In 2015, Brittany joined The Judge Group as a Recruiter, where they actively sourced candidates, managed client and candidate conflicts, and qualified applicants. Brittany then moved on to Optomi in 2016 as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for recruiting and deploying project managers, business analysts, and technologists.

In 2017, they transitioned to a similar role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Optomi Professional Services, where they represented the full spectrum of talent services provided by Optomi + Provalus. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR Operations at Optomi Professional Services, dedicating herself to partnering with clients and making technology initiatives successful.
