Emily Domnick currently serves as a Senior Recruiting Lead in the Business Optimization Practice at Optomi, where a strong focus on technology talent acquisition is evident. With a proven track record in technical recruiting, Emily has held multiple roles at Optomi since July 2019, including Recruiting Lead and Lead Technical Recruiter. In addition, Emily is a Professional NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers and has a rich background in the performing arts, having worked as a Dance Director and Instructor, managing numerous students and choreographing various performances. Past experiences also include roles in sales and food service management. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina.
