Erica Tibert

Erica Tibert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erica started their career in 2007 as a Server/Bartender at Bertucci's Restaurant, Amherst MA, where they worked until 2011. Erica then worked as a Bartender/Floor Manager at Rafter's Sports Bar & Restaurant from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they briefly served as an Assistant Floor Manager at Winslow's Tavern.

From 2012 to 2015, Erica worked at Slesar Bros Brewing Co, holding positions such as Assistant Manager at Boston Beer Works and later as General Manager at Framingham Beer Works.

In 2015, they transitioned to Monogram Residential Trust, working as a Leasing Professional until 2017.

Since 2017, Erica has been involved in digital marketing, initially joining Optos as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Erica has recently taken on the role of Digital Marketing Manager at the company.

Additionally, in 2022, Erica joined CrossFit Sturbridge as a CFL1 Trainer.

Erica Tibert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate from CrossFit Education in December 2022.
