Bernardo Castaldo is an accomplished R&D Product Development and Reliability Engineer at Optotune since October 2021, specializing in the design, development, and launch of new products with a focus on electronics, control, and firmware. Prior experience includes serving as a MEMS Reliability and Qualification Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities encompassed product reliability qualification and technology transfers. As a Research Fellow at CERN, Bernardo conducted R&D on fiber-optic sensors for monitoring superconducting magnets and developed technical solutions in collaboration with various suppliers.
