Gary Murray has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on credit and lending functions. Gary started their career at Zions First National Bank in 1984, where they worked as a commercial loan officer and later became the Manager of the regional commercial loan center. In 1992, they joined US Bancorp as a Vice President, where they built a loan portfolio through business development efforts and was promoted to Manager of the regional commercial loan center. In 2002, they joined Brighton Bank as a Senior Vice President, where they helped build the bank's commercial loan portfolio and was later promoted to manage the Main Office. In 2008, they became the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Woodlands Commercial Bank, where they managed all credit and lending functions and successfully stabilized the bank following its parent company's bankruptcy filing. Gary Murray obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in 1979, majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting/Economics and Psychology. Gary then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Utah between 1980 and 1982.
