Matthew Layton

Matthew Layton has extensive experience in security operations and service roles, currently serving as a Service Operations Specialist at OptumHealth Bank since December 2017. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a driver for Uber/Lyft from August 2016 to December 2017 and held various security officer positions at multiple firms, including Kane Consulting Inc, Guardsmark, Criminal Background Investigation, Allied Barton, and Discover Financial Services, accumulating significant expertise in facility patrol and safety operations. Additionally, Matthew served as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force from September 2002 to June 2007, where duties included inspecting cargo and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Technical Management from DeVry University between 2010 and 2014.
