Alyssa Pepper

Alyssa Pepper serves as President of Risk-Bearing Entities at Optum Health East and President of the Optum Health Network for the Tri-State area, including roles as President of Optum Networks of New Jersey, Inc. and President of Optum IPA of New York, LLC, since June 2020. Prior to this, Alyssa held the position of Senior Vice President for Managed Care & Value-Based Market Operations at ProHEALTH from January 2019 to May 2020, and served as Vice President of Managed Care Payor Relations at EmblemHealth from September 2010 to December 2018, where Alyssa progressed through various leadership roles in contract administration and shared risk programs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Hunter College.
