Chanel Rivers currently serves as the Senior Director of C&S Technology Consumer Experience at Optum, where responsibilities include advocating for Medicaid members and enhancing their health experiences through consumer insights and collaboration with business and tech teams on health equity initiatives. Previous roles at UnitedHealthcare involved driving strategic growth and retention efforts for the Minnesota health plan as a Medicaid Growth Leader and leading sales communication strategies as Associate Director of Sales Communications & Go-To-Market Consulting. Chanel's earlier experience includes project management and account executive positions at UnitedHealthcare, where successful initiatives were realized in sales partnerships, training programs, and market launches. Chanel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
