Dylan Cooper is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as CFO and VP of Finance for Optum Behavioral Health Solutions since June 2021, where leadership of a team of 50 financial professionals is coupled with support for multi-disciplinary initiatives across new acquisitions. Previously, as CFO and VP of Finance for Optum Health Solutions, Dylan managed a team of 25 and facilitated the integration of multiple business units, achieving significant operational efficiencies. Dylan's career spans over two decades, including key roles at UnitedHealth Group, where as a CFO and Senior Finance Director, oversight of a business segment generating $1 billion in revenue was maintained.
