Mike Hartwig

Mike Hartwig has a long and varied work experience in the technology and data field. Mike began their career in 2005 as a P/T Computer Lab Instructor at the College of Southern Nevada, followed by a Field Service Technician at Computerized Bookmaking Systems. In 2007, Hartwig began working at MGM Resorts International as a Systems Technician II. Mike then moved to Xerox in 2011, where they also worked as a Systems Technician II. In 2012, Hartwig accepted a role as a Systems Analyst at Crescent Solutions. Mike then moved to Palms Casino Resort in 2013, where they held two roles, first as an Application Developer and then as an IT Operations Supervisor. In 2016, Hartwig became an Application and Database Engineer at SLS Las Vegas. Mike then joined Warner Gaming in 2018 as the Director of Business Intelligence. Finally, in 2019, Hartwig was appointed as the Director of Technology & Data at OPTX.

Mike Hartwig received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nevada State College between 2002 and 2012. Mike has also obtained two additional certifications, ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN and Network+ from CompTIA.
