Mikian Musser

Mikian Musser has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Computer Science Instructor at CodeCentral and iD Tech Camps. In 2019, they worked as a Data Scientist and Computer Science Instructor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and as a Machine Learning Intern at Intellimind. In 2021, they were a Risk Modeler at Credit One Bank, and they are currently a Data Scientist at OPTX. At the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, they used SAS software suite and architecture to generate meaningful reports about a wide variety of data. At Intellimind, they reduced load time on Node. js server by 93% by caching redundant data and operations, and queried Twitter API and stored tweet/user/influencer data in a MySQL database.

Mikian Musser attended Virgin Valley High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their High School Diploma in Computer Science. Mikian then attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2016 to 2020, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After that, they attended the same university from 2020 to 2021, where they earned their Master's degree in Computer Science. Finally, they are currently attending the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2021 to 2026, where they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science.
