Thomas Rafferty

Thomas Rafferty has been working in the legal field since 2009. Thomas began their career at Vantiv, LLC as Vice President and Chief IP Counsel, where they were responsible for Intellectual Property Counseling and Strategy, Innovation, Technology Transactions, and Strategic Initiatives. In 2014, they moved to Scientific Games as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Assets, and then to Interblock as General Counsel in 2015. Most recently, they have been co-Chief Executive Officer at OPTX since 2019.

Thomas Rafferty obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2004, majoring in Management, Computer Science, Chemistry, and Biology. Thomas then attended Emory University School of Law, graduating in 2007 with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in TI:GER Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results. Thomas is also a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
