Velmurugan R has worked in the software development industry since 2014. Velmurugan began as a Software Developer for Freelance Web Development in 2014, then moved to IT Bay Inc as a PHP Developer in 2016. In 2017, they joined SMAAT APPS as a Jr.Software Developer and then moved to Market Simplified as a Software Engineer - Level 2 in 2018. Currently, they are employed by OPTX as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Consultant.

Velmurugan R completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Earthinators Climate School between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their HSC in Mathematical Biology from Govt.hr.sec.school, Uchintham between 2011 and 2013.
