Matthew Oberstein

Matthew Oberstein is a seasoned professional in the performing arts industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Opus 3 Artists since January 2012, where prior roles included Manager of Artists & Attractions and Vice President. Oberstein has extensive experience as Music Director and Conductor with the Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey from May 2012 to May 2023. Other significant positions include managerial roles at Columbia Artists Management and Symphony Space, as well as artistic and production management positions with various orchestras, including the Westchester Philharmonic and Purchase Symphony Orchestra. Academically, Oberstein holds a Bachelor of Music in Conducting/Piano/Arts Management, a Performers Certificate in Conducting/Piano, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Conducting from prestigious institutions. Additionally, Oberstein serves as a Minister/Marriage Officiant with the Universal Life Church.
