Hector Fraginals

Hector Fraginals is the Head of Engineering for OPUS. He holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Polytechnic University José Antonio Echeverría in Cuba and is Scrum Master Certified. With over 13 years of software engineering and development experience, including more than five years in healthcare services, Hector is intimately aware of the challenges behavioral health providers face when working with EHR programs. As the Head of Engineering, Fraginals spearheaded the initiative for the groundbreaking new EHR from scratch. He manages the OPUS cloud infrastructure and implements all necessary changes to adapt for growth while maintaining affordable costs.
