Babitha Nambiar

Babitha Nambiar has a comprehensive work experience in human resources spanning over several years. Babitha currently works as the SVP & Global Head of Human Resources at Opus Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at Couchbase from June 2020 to November 2021. Babitha has also worked as the VP & Global Head of Human Resources at Opus Technologies from January 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they served as the Global Head of University Hiring at DXC Technology from April 2017 to December 2018. Babitha began their career at Wipro Technologies as a Manager of Talent Acquisition from May 1998 to June 2010 and later worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Enterprise Services in India from June 2010 to March 2017.

Babitha Nambiar attended Bangalore University and later pursued the Executive General Management Program (EGMP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
