Praveen T M

Praveen T M has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Praveen began their career as a Software Engineer at Bytech India Pvt Ltd in 1997 and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Indigo Technologies as a Sr. Software Engineer and stayed until 2001. From 2001 to 2014, Praveen worked at Opus Technologies, where they held multiple positions, including Sr. Manager - Development and Global Delivery Head. Praveen then served as Vice President and Service Line Leader - Transformation from 2015 to 2015. In 2016, they became Vice President and Head - Cards, Retail, and Payments, and later Chief Sales Officer from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Praveen is the President and CEO of Opus Technologies, a position they have held since 2019.

Praveen T M has a diverse education history. In 1992 to 1995, they earned a B.Sc degree in Physics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. In 2011, they participated in the Strategic Leadership Programme for IT Companies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, focusing on Strategic Management. In 2013, they completed the Advance Program in Strategy for Leaders at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Moving forward, they attended The Wharton School in 2016, studying Finance and Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager. Praveen then pursued the Transition to General Management program at INSEAD in 2014 to 2015. Recently, in 2019 to 2020, they attained a Global Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School. Additionally, Praveen has also been associated with China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) since 2019.
