Jennifer Harris Gotch

Jennifer Harris Gotch is a seasoned legal recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at OpusLex since November 2018, Jennifer previously held the position of Legal Recruiter at Zerega Consulting from 2015 to October 2018. With a significant tenure at Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP, from 1998 to 2007, Jennifer advanced from Recruiting Coordinator to Director of Attorney Recruitment, where responsibilities included negotiating contract terms and placing over 100 attorneys through outside legal recruiters. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, earned between 1994 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Marist School from 1988 to 1994.
