Jean-Nicolas Vernin

Jean-Nicolas Vernin has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2003, they worked as an M&A Analyst at Rothschild & Cie for a few months. In 2004, they were an Assistant Brand Manager at Ubisoft for six months. From 2005 to 2008, they held the position of Executive Producer at Gameloft. In 2008, they joined Mayoly-Spindler as CEO and later became the Chairman in 2015. In 2015, they co-founded Madbox and served as the CEO and Co-Founder until 2022. At Madbox, they then took on the role of Co-Founder and President until their departure. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-founder of OpusMajor since 2023.

Jean-Nicolas Vernin attended HEC Paris from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Master's degree in Finance.
