Robert-Eric Gaskell, Ph.D., is a co-founder, inventor, and vice president of product at ORA Graphene Audio, a company specializing in advanced Graphene-based nanomaterials that enhance loudspeaker and headphone performance. Gaskell has extensive experience in education as a course lecturer at McGill University since 2006, teaching various subjects related to digital studio technologies, electronics, and electro-acoustics. Additionally, Gaskell is a long-standing member of the Audio Engineering Society and previously served as president of GKL Audio, overseeing research and development as well as company operations from 2013 to 2022. Other notable roles include instructor positions at Recording Arts Canada and senior audio engineer at the Aspen Music Festival and School. Gaskell holds a PhD in Sound Recording from McGill University, complemented by a Master’s degree and dual Bachelor's degrees in Music Technology and Psychology.
