Barry Shilmover

Barry Shilmover is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and architecture across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Oracle since January 2017, Barry's previous roles include CI Technical Architect, Director at Avanade, and Microsoft Reference Architect at NetApp. Expertise encompasses public cloud architectures, workload migration, and technical marketing initiatives, particularly with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and PowerShell. Notable contributions at Microsoft include developing business intelligence solutions and overseeing management pack compatibility for System Center.
