Binu Subramanian

Binu Subramanian is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in cloud technologies and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at Oracle since August 2021, Binu leads a team in developing new serverless services on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Prior to this, Binu held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Synamedia, overseeing a team of over 50 cloud professionals to deliver an advanced OTT platform with Cloud DVR functionality. Binu's prior experience at Cisco Systems includes leading teams in a key Cloud Solution Portfolio and implementing agile methodologies for continuous improvement. Binu's career began at Barco as a Software Development Engineer, evolving through various engineering roles, including Project Lead and Manager Engineering at Scientific Atlanta. Binu holds a Master of Science in Software Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
