Don Watson

Don Watson is an experienced executive with extensive expertise in global real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Oracle since January 2021, Don oversees a wide range of operations, including real estate strategy, environmental health and safety, and campus design. Prior to Oracle, Don held multiple leadership roles at Merck from December 2007 to January 2021, culminating as Vice President of Global Workplace and Enterprise Services, where responsibilities included managing global real estate operations and integrated facilities management. Earlier in the career, Don spent over a decade at Stepan Company as Plant Manager, focusing on operational excellence and safety performance in a certified manufacturing environment. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
