Ed Swain has extensive experience in customer experience and data management, currently serving as the Head of CX for Oracle in the UK and Ireland, and previously as Head of CDP for UKI, France, and North Europe. With a background as a CDP Sales Specialist, Ed also held significant roles in customer success at Domo, Inc., and as Account Director at Webtrends EMEA. Additionally, Ed contributes to the community as a mentor at Henley Business School, and previously worked as an Account Manager at Canalys.
