Kim Connell

Kim Connell, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Oracle since April 2020, with dual roles focusing on Legal, Real Estate & Facilities and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Prior to Oracle, Kim served as a Board of Governors member at the Washington Athletic Club and worked as an HR Business Partner at Fred Hutch. Experience also includes a Director position in Human Resources & Facilities at Garden City Group, and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role at Boeing, where tenure lasted over a decade. Kim began a career in human resources at CARQUEST Auto Parts as a Human Resources Representative. Academically, Kim holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Seattle University and a BA in Psychology from Southern Oregon University.
