Lee Vorthman

Lee Vorthman serves as VP of Strategic Security Initiatives at Oracle since July 2019, leading a team focused on significant technological security initiatives and risk reduction across the organization. As the VP and Chief Security Officer for Oracle Advertising, Lee oversees a global team in various areas, including security operations, governance, and compliance. Additionally, Lee holds advisory roles on several boards, including the HMG Strategy Global CISO Advisory Board and Phoenix Security, providing insights on technology governance and strategic product direction. Previous positions include Senior Director of Global Security Engineering & Architecture at Pearson and Chief Information Security Officer at P2 Energy Solutions. Lee is a founding board member of the Washington Cyber Roundtable and possesses advanced degrees in Operations Research and Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
