Louisa Hall

Louisa Hall, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Oracle since November 2024, Louisa previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Medallia from November 2021 to November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager at Thycotic, Technical Project Manager at Virtru, and various positions at Opower, including Service Delivery Manager and Associate Technical Project Manager. Louisa began a career in client relations and support at Fishbowl Marketing, followed by roles as Antarctic Expedition Coordinator and Development & Marketing Coordinator for AmeriCorps VISTA. Louisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Psychology from George Mason University.
