Natalie Feller

Natalie Feller, MBA, is an experienced recruitment and career development professional currently serving as a Senior Campus Recruiter at Oracle since November 2021. In this role, Feller has developed campus recruitment strategies to support the launch of Oracle's Nashville hub, identified qualified candidates for hiring managers, and executed brand-defining recruitment events while promoting diverse hiring through partnerships with women's colleges nationwide.
