Ray Liu

Ray Liu is an experienced technology and product management leader with a strong background in cloud computing and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Oracle since February 2022, Ray is focused on incubating new business ventures and teams. Previously, Ray held prominent roles at Amazon Web Services as Head of Product Management for EC2 Hybrid Cloud, where Ray led the development of VMware Cloud on AWS, and as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, where Ray launched the innovative Amazon Product Targeting platform. Ray's early career included positions at IBM, where Ray managed software development for enterprise clients, and at SAP, where Ray built and maintained customer relationships. Ray holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
