Nuno Vaz

Nuno Vaz is a seasoned database administration professional with extensive experience in Oracle database management, maintenance, tuning, and SQL tuning. Since June 2015, Nuno has served as a Senior Services Engineer at Oramix - Expert Services. Prior to this role, Nuno worked as a Database Administrator at Agap2/Timwe from January 2014 to June 2015 and at CGI from November 2012 to January 2014. Nuno began the career in database administration at Logica in June 2002, transitioning from an IBM DB2 for z/OS Database Administrator role to Oracle Database Administrator in October 2007. Nuno's first position in the field was as a Unix Systems Operator at Novabase from June 2000 to June 2002. Nuno holds a Graduate degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior de Informática e Gestão, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
