Cathy Taylor

Cathy Taylor is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in project and programme management within the health sector. Currently serving as Programme Manager Integrated Voices at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children since April 2023, Cathy has previously held key positions such as Care in the Community & Covid Hub Manager at Te Whatu Ora Taranaki and Project Management Consultant roles at both Taranaki District Health Board and Lakes District Health Board. Cathy has successfully led various initiatives focused on optimising health service delivery, including developing guidelines and improving scheduling systems. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auckland University of Technology, as well as a Diploma in Counselling from the Institute of Counselling in the UK.
