Kapil Mathur

Kapil Mathur, MBA, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Orange County Academy of Sciences and Arts, a public charter school established to provide a tuition-free education for K-12 students, emphasizing diversity and individual strengths. Mathur has extensive experience in education, having served as President of KGI Learning Centers, where innovative systems were integrated to enhance learning, and as an Owner of Spectrum Solutions, overseeing significant revenue generation and student instruction across multiple learning centers. Previous roles include Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix, Director at Sentek Global, Chief Engineer at Galaxy Scientific Corporation, Chief Technology Officer at Preeminent Advantage, and Director of E-Business Services at IT Corporation. Mathur holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Chapman University, with ongoing studies towards a Doctor of Education in Charter School Administration.
