Frank Standley

Frank Standley has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Frank has held leadership positions in various companies, including Orange County Clerk of Courts, Foundation Partners Group, CVS Health, Tractor Supply Company, O'Charley's Restaurant, and Ingram Book Company. In their roles, Standley has been responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and training and development. Frank has also served as a consultant to senior leaders and management, providing strategic guidance and implementing HR initiatives. Standley's experience spans across multiple industries and they have managed large teams and operations in different regions of the United States.

Frank Standley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Trevecca Nazarene University, between the years 1993 and 1997.
