Nicole Andersen Cfre, Gpc

Nicole Andersen, CFRE, GPC has extensive experience in grant writing, development, and community relations. Nicole has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Orange County Government, where they served as the Director of Community Development, overseeing the administration of federal funding and ensuring compliance with regulations. Previously, they were the Director of Development and Communications at The Arc of Orange County, where they implemented successful communication and fundraising strategies. Nicole has also worked as a consultant to non-profits, municipalities, libraries, museums, and educational institutions, providing services such as grant research and writing, fundraising, and program development. Additionally, they have experience in fund development and grant writing at Green Chimneys School and Children's Services. Throughout their career, Nicole has been instrumental in securing millions of dollars in grant funding and increasing donor engagement and fundraising income.

Nicole Andersen, CFRE, GPC has a diverse educational background. Nicole received their Master of Arts degree in American Studies from William & Mary in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Anthropology at Binghamton University from 1994 to 1996. Nicole also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Dutchess Community College, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nicole has obtained two notable certifications. In November 2009, they became a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). Nicole later received the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) certification from the Grant Professionals Association in November 2016.
